    We stopped in for a shave today and they did an excellent job. She wasn't agitated at all when I picked her up and seems very happy to not have the matted fur.

    Our long haired cat, Boo, started getting some thick matted fur that we couldn't brush out. She didn't want anyone to touch her back since it likely hurt her skin.
