  Awesome customer service! These guys are fantastic. Had my Spark repaired and Keith took a lot of time to explain the whole process and what had to be done on the drone. Don't buy your DJI anywhere else! They will explain things to you that a box box store or amazon will never do.

  I began calling Dr. Drone with questions, long before I made any purchase through them. Everyone there was/is always eager to help with answering every inquiry - and if they couldn't answer immediately on the phone, they would call back with an answer almost immediately. THIS is what customer service is all about. Because they were so eager to assist, I knew that I had to buy my outfit (A DJI Mavic Pro w/ fly more package.) through them.

  Terrible customer experience. Does not answer messages on Facebook nor do they try to actually help a consumer. They do not care about your experience and and clearly think of themselves above all else.

  These guys are the best drone supply company in Canada that I have found. They answer the phone, are very helpful and will do whatever they can to get you your equipment quickly and cost competitively. No need to go through DJI anymore with these guys in Canada!
